View from the porch

All rooms have high ceilings, central air, wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fans and private baths. Most have showers; one has a tub/shower combination.

Each of the six rooms upstairs opens onto the wraparound porch. While each room is furnished with antiques and collectibles, each is unique in size, decor and especially views.

A comfortable bayfront room on the first floor, has a private entrance from the covered porch. Its furnishings are French Pine, and the large private bath has tiled floors and twin sinks.

Evening on the deckComplimentary breakfasts are served alfresco on the bayside porch or in the great room, and features a buffet of fresh-baked muffins or breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, fruit juices, the hot "plat de Jour", and a special blend of gourmet coffee or tea.

Reservations can be made by email, use our online reservation system, or by phone at (956) 761-2722 from 10am to 8pm. Except on short-notice reservations, you will always receive a final confirmation by mail.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If notified at least 2 weeks prior to cancellation, the deposit may be held for a future booking for 12 months.

Late Checkout
Normal checkout time is 11:00 am. If you require a later checkout, we will do our best to assist you. However, a 4:00 pm checkout requires an additional $40 to be added to your bill.

Groups
Discounts are available to groups renting four (4) or more rooms and/or extended stays of five (5) or more nights.
